Being a full time Property Developer & living the life of my dreams is something that I have worked very hard for & I know that many of you would love to do exactly the same.

Hey, I was a Rookie Developer too not that long ago, experiencing the exact same feelings that you are right now. Not knowing where to start, who you have to speak to, FEAR of stuffing up the numbers, and just generally mucking the whole thing up.

But then 3 years ago I had a snap point. I had been “moping” around with my head between my legs after having a bad experience with a renovation and to be honest I was getting nowhere. I was too scared to muck up again and there for my fear was paralysing me from doing anything. Some of you may be feeling like that right now. Don't worry, I get it!

That day three years ago is what I call my D-DAY. A day where I decided it was time to take action and make the changes I needed to, to ensure I reached my goals of financial freedom.
